The Australian Dollar fell against the US Dollar during European trading below 0.6340 levels.
The AUD/USD currency pair weakened in the European session as the monthly CPI Indicator came out with inflation lower than expected increasing the probabilities of a future rate cut by the Reserve Bank of Australia. In Australia, the Monthly CPI indicator was released with data lower than expected (2.50% realised vs 2.60% expected). In the US, New Home Sales data for January (677k exp) will be released (15:00 GMT).
