The Australian Dollar rose against the US Dollar during European trading above 0.6400 levels.

The AUD/USD rose in the European session, recovering from this morning’s losses as the US President reined in his criticisms of FED Chair Jerome Powell, which strengthened the dollar in this morning's session. In Australia Judo Bank Manufacturing PMI data for April was released with data being lower than the previous month (51.7 this month vs 52.1 previous month). In the US, Global Manufacturing PMI (49.0 exp) and Global Services PMI for April (52.8 exp) will be posted (14:45 GMT+1) and New Homes Sales data for March (682k exp) will be released (15:00 GMT+1).
