US Session Analysis for CFD Instruments 10/01/2025
Fundamental analysis
10 January, 2025
In European trading, the euro fell against the US Dollar, trading below the 1.0300 mark.
The EUR/USD currency pair is slowly losing ground ahead of important US labor market data as well as following the minutes from the last FED meeting where concerns over higher inflation have been brought up - this could signal fewer interest cuts by the FED in 2025. In Europe French Consumer Spending data for November was posted showing better than expected results (0.3% realised vs 0.1% expected). In the US, Nonfarm Payrolls (164K expected) and Unemployment Rate (4.2% exp) will be released (13:30 GMT).
