In European trading, the euro rose against the US Dollar, trading above the 1.0360 mark.
The EUR/USD has been recovering in the European trading session, ahead of US CPI inflation data and following Jerome Powell's statements that the US economy is strong and that there is no need for aggressive rate cuts. In Europe ECB member Elderson has spoken. In the US, CPI Inflation figures for January (2.9% expected) will be posted (13:30 GMT) and Fed Chair Powell will continue to give testimony to Congress (15:00 GMT).
