The GER30 and European stock markets traded firmly lower on Friday, with investors focused on a fresh reversal of market sentiment in China, a deluge in earnings from some of the region’s big names as well as important growth data. German stocks were also down because of disappointing GDP figures for July, coming in at 1.5% against expectations of 2%.
