The US Dollar is down against the Japanese Yen in the European trading session, trading below 148.60 levels.

The USD/JPY currency pair is trading lower in the European session, as tariff worries are weighing down the dollar and the BoJ interest decision on Wednesday is supporting the Yen. In Japan, there is no major data scheduled today. In the US, Retail Sales data for February (0.7 exp) will be released (12:30 GMT).
