The US Dollar climbed against the Turkish Lira during the European session, below 34.200 levels.
In European trading the pair continued edging higher but the Lira saw volatility in this morning’s session, first falling and then paring losses as traders absorbed the unstable political situation in the region. In Turkey no major data is due to be posted today. In the United States, September’s Global US Manufacturing PMI (47.0 expected), ISM Manufacturing PMI (47.6 expected) and JOLT Job Openings data (7.640M) for August will be released (15:00 GMT+1).
