In Asian trading, the Euro increased against the US Dollar, trading above the 1.0900 mark.

The EUR/USD jumped climbing close to its highest level since October after President Trump implemented 20% tariffs upon Europe and other countries, but the EU did not immediately respond as it assessed the measures. In Europe, the ECB will publish its Meeting Minutes (12:30 GMT+1) President Lagarde will speak (19:45 GMT+1). In the US, Initial Jobless Claims data (225k exp) will be posted (13:30 GMT+1), S&P Global Service figures PMI for March (54.3 exp) will be posted (14:45 GMT+1) and ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI for March (53.9 last month) will be released (15:00 GMT+1).
