During Asian trading, the British pound traded lower against the US Dollar trading below 1.3000 levels.

The GBP/USD currency was firmly higher in the Asian session after hitting a one week high in yesterday’s session. In the UK, Year on Year Retail Sales for February (0.5% exp) and UK YoY Q4 GDP (1.4% exp) will be released. In the US, Core PCE Price Index data for February (2.7% exp) will be released (12:30 GMT).
