The US Dollar climbed against the Turkish Lira during the Asian session, below 34.500 levels.
The volatile currency pair increased during the Asian session ahead of some important data releases from Turkey. In Turkey, the Turkish Central Bank will reveal its November’s key one week Repo Rate (50% last month) will be released (11:00 GMT). In the United States, Initial Jobless Claims (220k expected) and Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Index for November (6.3 exp) will be posted (13:30 GMT). US Existing Home Sales for October (3.94mln exp) will be released (15:00 GMT).
