In Asian trading, the euro inched higher against the US Dollar, trading above the 1.0500 mark.
The EUR/USD was slightly higher during the Asian session after the pair hit a one week low yesterday, and ahead of today’s ECB meeting where the bank is expected to cut interest rates by at least 25 basis points. In Europe, the European Central Bank will meet to decide on interest rates (3.15% exp) at (13:15 GMT). In the US, Initial Jobless Claims data (221k exp) and PPI Inflation data for November (0.2% exp) will be released (13:30 GMT).
