MICROSOFT: EVENTS AND ANALYSIS

EVENT (CONFIRMED: TUESDAY, JULY 30, AFTERMARKET): Q2 EARNINGS RESULTS. The company is expected to print 64.54 billion dollars in revenue for Q2, accompanied by a net income of 22.045 billion dollars. This would be up 14.86% in revenue year on year, and an increase of 10.46% in net income year on year.
EARNINGS AND REVENUE PERFORMANCE: The company has beat revenue estimates 6 times over the past 8 quarterly earnings releases, and has beat earnings estimates 7 times over the past 8 quarterly earnings releases.
