MODEL Q: TESLA TO LAUNCH ITS AFFORDABLE “MODEL Q” IN THE FIRST HALF OF 2025. According to reports shared during a Deutsche Bank investor conference by Tesla’s Investor Relations head, Travis Axelrod, the company plans to release this entry-level electric vehicle in the first half of 2025.

ROBOTAXI: TESLA IS EXPECTED TO LAUNCH ROBOTAXI IN THE USA IN 2025. Tesla has plans to unveil the Robotaxi in June 2025 in Austin, Texas. Elon Musk has stated that residents will be able to pay for fully autonomous Tesla robotaxi rides in the city. The service is expected to expand into additional U.S. cities by the end of the year.

MORGAN STANLEY RAISED ITS BULL-CASE PRICE TARGET ON TESLA TO $800. MORGAN STANLEY says that the “interest in AVs [autonomous vehicles] continues to rise” adding that, “While autos still matter”, the firm sees “embodied AI as the driver for upside to revised $800 bull case.” Morgan Stanley maintained its Overweight rating on Tesla stock while reiterating it as its “Top Pick.”

PIPER SANDLER RAISED TESLA’S PRICE TARGET FROM $315 TO $500. Piper thinks investors are starting to appreciate Tesla’s potential in “real – world” AI.

WEDBUSH DAN IVES RAISED ITS PRICE TARGET TO $550 A SHARE FROM $515 PREVIOUSLY. The bull case is $650 for 2025. According to them, A.I./autonomous segment is worth at least $1 trillion. The Trump White House would be a total game changer for the autonomous and A.I. story for Tesla and Musk over the coming years.

TESLA STOCK HIT A NEW ALL-TIME HIGH IN LATE 2024: Tesla hit an all-time high of $487.99 (December 18, 2024). The stock currently trades around $368 and if a full recovery to its recent all-time highs takes place, then it can offer an upside of around 33%. However, the price could decline as well.
