It is worth noting that during the first term of Trump’s presidency (January 20,2017 – January 20, 2021), the stock of Tesla rose by around 1600% (Data Source: Yahoo Finance).   • EVEN (EXPECTED: ARPIL 1 – APRIL 5): Q1 2025 VEHICLE PRODUCTION AND DELIVERIES REPORT: The report contains all produced and delivered cars and their geographical breakdown, as well as model specific data. The car delivery is forecasted at 359,000 vehicles for Q1 2025.
  • MODEL Q: TESLA TO LAUNCH ITS AFFORDABLE “MODEL Q” IN THE FIRST HALF OF 2025. According to carscoops.com, Tesla promised to roll out more affordable Electric Vehicles (EVs) in the first half of 2025 while making major strides in its self-driving tech. LOWER COSTS TO PRODUCE CARS: Tesla is trying to make cars for less, and it said the average cost of materials and labor for building its cars had hit its lowest level ever in the fourth quarter, driven by lower raw material costs. Reuters calculations showed the cost of making a Tesla car had fallen to about $33,000 from nearly $39,000 two years earlier.

TESLA: ANALYST OPINION

  • MORGAN STANLEY KEPT ITS BULL-CASE PRICE TARGET ON TESLA AT $800. MORGAN STANLEY said that the interest in AVs [autonomous vehicles] continues to rise adding that, while autos still matter, the firm sees embodied A.I. as the driver for upside to revised $800 bull case. Morgan Stanley maintained rating on Tesla stock reiterating it as its “Top Pick.”
  • WEDBUSH DAN IVES KEPT ITS PRICE TARGET AT $550 A SHARE. According to them, A.I./autonomous segment is worth at least $1 trillion. The Trump White House would be a total game changer for the autonomous and A.I. story for Tesla and Musk over the coming years.

TESLA: RECENT PRICE ACTION

  • TESLA STOCK HIT A NEW ALL-TIME HIGH IN LATE 2024: $487.99 Tesla hit an all-time high of $487.99 (December 18, 2024). The stock currently trades around $244 and if the price moves to its recent all-time high levels, this would be a price change of around 100%. However, the price could decline as well.
  • TESLA HAS TESTED ITS LOWEST PRICE IN MORE THAN 4 MONTHS: $217.31. Tesla has pulled back from recent all-time highs ($487.99), to hit its lowest rate in more than 4 months.
