- Tesla produces several Electric Vehicles (EVs), including the Model 3, Model X, Model Y, Model S, and since recently, the Cybertruck. Tesla also delivers the Semi-Truck.
- STOCK INDEX PARTICIPATION: Tesla stock is part of both the NASDAQ 100 (USA100) index and the S&P 500 (USA500) index.
- MARKET SHARE: Tesla is still the largest seller of pure battery-powered Electric Vehicles (EVs) in the world and an absolute leader in the US (taking up between 60% and 70% market share).

- EVENT (EXPECTED: ARPIL 2): Q1 2025 CAR DELIVERY REPORT (CONSENSUS FORECAST: 418,000): The car delivery is forecasted at 418,000 vehicles for Q1 2025, which, if true, could mark an increase of 8.06% from the same period last year (386,810), and up around 8. Analysts’ consensus for 2025 stands at 1.9 million units, which would be up around 6% from 2024 (1.79 million units)
- MODEL Q: TESLA TO LAUNCH ITS AFFORDABLE “MODEL Q” IN THE FIRST HALF OF 2025. According to carscoops.com, Tesla promised to roll out more affordable Electric Vehicles (EVs) in the first half of 2025 while making major strides in its self-driving tech. LOWER COSTS TO PRODUCE CARS: Tesla is trying to make cars for less, and it said the average cost of materials and labor for building its cars had hit its lowest level ever in the fourth quarter, driven by lower raw material costs. Reuters calculations showed the cost of making a Tesla car had fallen to about $33,000 from nearly $39,000 two years earlier.

- U.S. PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP BUYS A TESLA CAR TO OPENLY SUPPORT ELON MUSK AND TESLA. Donald Trump has openly supported Tesla and Elon Musk by buying a Tesla Model S on March 11, 2025. It is worth noting that during the first term of Trump’s presidency (January 20,2017 – January 20, 2021), the stock of Tesla rose by around 1600% (Data Source: Yahoo Finance). Although, the stock price could fall as well.

- TESLA’S “MODEL Y” IS THE BEST-SELLING CAR IN 2024 AND ON TRACK TO BE BEST-SELLING IN 2025. The Tesla Model Y was the best-selling car in the world by selling 1.09 million units, ahead of Toyota’s Corolla, which sold 1.08 million units. Furthermore, Elon Musk reaffirmed that the Model Y is on track to become the best-selling car in 2025.
TESLA: ANALYST OPINION
- CANTOR FITZGERALD MAINTAINS A $425 PRICE TARGET. According to them, the launch of Robotaxi in June 2025 and the expansion of Full – Self Driving in China and the EU, and the rollout of Optimus robots could together generate high growth for Telsa in the near future. Moreover, former CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald (1991 – 2025) and current US Commerce Secretary (February 2025 – present), Howard Lutnick, has recently publicly supported Tesla.
- MORGAN STANLEY KEPT ITS BULL-CASE PRICE TARGET ON TESLA AT $800. MORGAN STANLEY said that the interest in AVs [autonomous vehicles] continues to rise, adding that, while autos still matter, the firm sees embodied A.I. as the driver for upside to a revised $800 bull case. Morgan Stanley maintained its rating on Tesla stock price, reiterating it as its “Top Pick.”
- WEDBUSH DAN IVES KEPT ITS PRICE TARGET AT $550 A SHARE. According to them, the A.I./autonomous segment is worth at least $1 trillion. The Trump White House would be a total game changer for the autonomous and A.I. story for Tesla and Musk over the coming years.
TESLA: RECENT PRICE ACTION
- TESLA STOCK HIT A NEW ALL-TIME HIGH IN LATE 2024: $487.99 Tesla hit an all-time high of $487.99 (December 18, 2024). The stock currently trades around $275, and if the price moves to its recent all-time high levels, this would be a price change of around 77%. However, the price could decline as well. TESLA: TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
- STRONG SUPPORT AT $200: Tesla has maintained strong support at $200 since 2022, as the company’s stock has mainly traded above $200 since the last stock split that took place in mid-2022 (Source: MetaTrader 4 Platform).
