Withdrawals made by Bank Wire Transfer usually take up to 5 business days to reach your account.
Withdrawals to credit/debit cards can sometimes take up to 15 business days to reach your account.
Be Aware, your withdrawal amount may be rejected if your free margin/equity has changed since you submitted the withdrawal request.
Withdrawals to credit and debit cards can be only for the amount deposited. Below are alternative methods for withdrawing additional funds that exceed the sum of the original credit/debit card.
In line with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, Fortrade operates a strict “back to source” policy – meaning your funds must be returned to the account of origin from where your funds were deposited to Fortrade.
In some cases, withdrawals of funds deposited by credit or debit card are limited by the card issuer, and cannot exceed the original amount deposited. Other card issuers or processors have a time limit to process refunds.
Please note: Withdrawal approval may take longer than usual for these cases, and we may ask for proof that you own the alternative account.
Simply login, and go to “Deposits/Withdrawals” located inside the drop-down menu in the right corner of your screen.
Select the withdrawal method and enter the amount and any other account information that may be required.
All requests are processed within two business days of being submitted.

Free Margin is the amount calculated from the value of the equity of the account less the used margin of open positions.
Account equity – used margin = Free Margin
This is a dynamic calculation that changes with the changing values of the open positions.
If you request a withdrawal with a value higher than your Free Margin, you will be notified of the maximum amount you can withdraw based on your current Free Margin calculation.
